From January Barka Áron – Chef de Cuisine and his team await guest for the series of Sunday Brunch again with monthly changing theme, therefore describing the gastronomic world of different countries in ARAZ Restaurant. Besides unlimited food consumption we guarantee unlimited drink consumption from house wine, sodas, juices, mineral water, and lemonade. In addition, we will be offering our guests the ever so popular children’s corner along with an animator as well as fitting live music.


Kia Ora! - is how the people of New-Zealand greet each other in Maori. New-Zealand is known as one of the most beautiful countries in the world as it has unique natural beauty with its beautiful glacier, breathtaking fjords, tropical rainforests and sandy beaches. It do insinuates itself into the heart of the visitors soon. Their cusine has a little bit of English flavour, which could be best prooved with the even of fish and chips or barbecue steak. The most popular from meats are the lamb, pork and venison, while from the seafood salmon, oysters and clams are the favourite. This is also the place were Pavlova, the creamy- sweet cake was created. This dessert which became the national food of New-Zealanders is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Decorated with cream and fruits the cake was named after Anna Pavlova, the Russian ballerina, for whom it was first baked by a hotelchef from Wellington in the 1920’s
